Die paneuropäische Service-Plattform bündelt Feldservice, Wartung, Austausch und Logistik für Photovoltaik-, Batterie- und Energie-Equipment – mit einem Startvolumen von über 250.000 Installationen.

Hintergrund der Partnerschaft

Die neue Plattform Otovo GP verbindet die digitale Markt- und Akquisitionsstärke von Otovo mit der operativen und technischen Servicekompetenz von Green Panel. Ziel ist eine einheitliche, länderübergreifende Service-Architektur für Wohn- und Gewerbeanlagen im Bereich Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, EV-Ladeinfrastruktur und Lastmanagement-Systeme.

Zusätzlich zum JV selbst ist eine Vereinbarung mit einem großen globalen OEM-Hersteller für Batterien und Wechselrichter geplant.
